NCTF by Fillmed is an advanced skin-revitalisation treatment we deliver using ultra-fine nano-needles, designed to restore radiance, refine texture, balance oil production and help achieve the sought-after 'glass skin' effect. Rather than adding volume, it focuses entirely on improving skin quality from within.
NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) is a revitalising injectable containing over 50 active ingredients — including hyaluronic acid, 12 vitamins, 23 amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, antioxidants and nucleic acids. It works at a cellular level to stimulate fibroblasts, support collagen production, improve hydration and protect against oxidative stress.
Delivering it with nano-needles minimises discomfort and bruising, allows precise, even placement and speeds healing, while creating gentle micro-stimulation in the dermis that activates the skin's natural regenerative pathways.
NCTF can address dehydrated, dull or tired skin, fine lines and early wrinkles, enlarged pores, oily skin and uneven texture, and is a popular preventative treatment for those in their 20s and 30s. For oily, congested skin it can be combined with micro-dosed botulinum toxin to refine pores and balance shine.
An appointment takes around 30–45 minutes and includes a consultation and skin analysis, cleansing, a topical anaesthetic, precise nano-injections and soothing aftercare. We typically recommend a course of three sessions, two to three weeks apart, with maintenance every three to six months.
Downtime is minimal — mild redness, slight swelling or small injection marks may last 24–48 hours, with most people returning to normal the next day. NCTF pairs well with anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, polynucleotides and microneedling.
